What is ELS?
ELS (Electronic Logs System) is an electronic repository (log book) for any required Airport Operations Information (including FAR Part 139 compliance records) that can be easily stored and retrieved for management reports, historical use and electronic transfer to other departments and agencies.
ELS electronically communicates all changes in NOTAM information to the Lockheed Martin eNOTAM website. ELS will electronically communicate all changes in NOTAM information directly to the Federal NOTAM System when the federal website becomes available in the future.
